A Claude skill
On your sales page, your opt-in page, anywhere people look at your offer and leave without buying.
Your buyers have been explaining the problem you solve for a while now, in posts, comments, and the feedback they leave. They just use their own words for it, and those aren't the words on your page.
Eavesdropper is a Claude skill that reads what they wrote and counts the words they keep repeating for the problem you solve. Then it checks the top of your page line by line against those words and rewrites your headline the way they'd say it.
One-time, with an instant download that's yours to keep. Needs a paid Claude plan (Pro or above).
Why it isn't selling
People find the page, they read some of it, and then nothing. Most of the time it comes back to one thing, which is that the page can't explain the offer the way your buyers would, so they can't see themselves in it.
So you try to fix the traffic. Ads can send more people to a page, but they can't change what those people read when they get there.
Here's what I mean, from my own page. I ran Eavesdropper on my Fingerprint File sales page. I wrote that page, and I couldn't see this until the counts were in front of me.
What my page said
"never polished"0 of 231"sourced"0 of 231"sample set"0 of 231What people in my niche said
"examples"10 items"examples of"5 items"your own writing"2 itemsFrom my own Eavesdropper report on the Fingerprint File page.
How it works
Paste it in as is, or let it pull from Gmail, Google Drive, or Notion if you've connected them (read-only). One offer and one page per run.
Install it in Claude and say "Run Eavesdropper." It sorts what you gave it into themes and stops so you can check them before it counts a single word.
A Word document with your name on it, with the top of your page checked line by line against their words and what to change first.
If they typed it about the problem you solve, it counts. You don't need a lot of polish or a big list.
No buyers yet? Use people in your niche. I didn't have buyers yet either when I ran it on my Fingerprint File page, so it read 231 items from 20 places, all from people in my niche talking about the problem. The report labels whose words it read, so you always know how far to trust the counts.
| What you gather | What you get |

| 50 to 149 items | WorkableGood enough to rewrite from. |
| Under 50 items | ThinIt still runs, and tells you what to gather next. |

What you get
Here's a page from the example report. Dana is made up, and so is her data.

Your headline Not their words
Is your sales page truly resonating with your ideal client?
Her buyers never once said "ideal client."
New headline option Borrows 2 of their words
You know it's too long. Here's how to see what to cut.
Nine sections, in this order.
Where it stops
Which words make it onto your page is a decision about your offer, and it needs you. The report gives you what that decision should rest on, with a count and a source for every word, then leaves the choice to you.
Before you buy
Reading and counting 150 items is a big job, and it doesn't fit inside the free plan's limit. It runs in a regular Claude chat.
"Code execution and file creation," in Claude's Settings, just below the Artifacts toggles. It's what lets the skill build your Word document.
For one offer. Your own buyers if you have them, people in your niche if you don't. Gathering takes 20 to 30 minutes, and the setup guide covers the fast way.

Who built this
For over 25 years I have developed and improved brand messaging for companies from billion-dollar global brands to startups with a product and no story yet. I work from the high-level campaign concept all the way down to the smallest execution detail.
Eavesdropper does the part of that work I used to do by hand, which is reading what people say about their problem until the same words keep showing up, and then counting them so you're not guessing.

“I used to say Kara could do the work of three people. With the way she’s built AI into her processes, it’s now like she has a whole trained, aligned team behind her, with her strategy and expertise steering all of it.”
“Kara is a swiss army knife. She masterfully pivots between big picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution. She’s someone you always want in the trenches with you.”
“She doesn’t just make content; she crafts copy that’s interesting, connects with the audience, and most importantly, gets results.”
No. It checks the top of whatever page you point it at, like a landing page, an opt-in page, a shop listing, or a launch email. The words it finds work anywhere you talk about the offer.
Yes. Use people in your niche, like posts and comments in the communities your buyers are in. The report labels whose words it read, so you know how far to trust the counts, and you can run it again once your own buyers start talking.
No. You can paste everything in. If you've connected them, it can pull from them read-only, and only what you point it at.
One offer and one page per run, so the counts stay about one problem. Run it again for the next one.
No. It gives you the words, the line-by-line check, and headline options. If you want help writing the rest so it sounds like you, that's what the Fingerprint File and Briefing Room do.
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and handles are swapped for [name], [email], and [phone] in the report. Your own replies in a thread are left out and listed, so only their words get counted. The skill runs in your own Claude account, so nothing they wrote ever comes to me.
It still runs. Under 50 items is labeled a Thin reading, and the report tells you what to gather next to firm it up.
The skill runs in Claude. The report is a Word document, so the words and headline options go anywhere you write.
Yes. Updates are included, with an email when the skill improves.
No. Briefing Room builds your brief from your Fingerprint File and Eavesdropper results, so it only comes with them. Get all three in The Unmistakably You Kit, or add Briefing Room when you check out. Already bought one? Your welcome emails include a way to complete the set.
I know there are so many pieces already, like the emails, the landing page, the lead magnet, and the posts. Eavesdropper is one chat in the Claude you already use, and the words it finds go into every one of those pieces, so you're not guessing on each one.
